Assembly Supervisor supervises a manufacturing production line that assembles fabricated machine. Creates daily work schedules, follows standard manufacturing procedures, and monitors work to meet product specifications and production targets.

Assembly Supervisor Job Description:

- Direct production operations in accrdance with established priorities and sequences for manufacturing products using knowledge of production processes and methods, machine and equipment capabilities and skilled labor
- Assist Quality Assurance and RND personnel in testing, Troubleshooting and modifying processes to impro production methods, equipment performance and quality of products
- Create a culture of "zero injuries" through the deployment of world class safety systems and processes
- Develop procedures, work instructions and standard training plans on new equipment operation, part processes and part quality inspection
- Ensure operators are fully trained, on schedule, to meet safety, quality and production goals.
- Manages the internal auditor team for the assembly division.
- Analyzes data regarding quality performance of assembly division.
- Experience : 3 years and above as Supervisor in Machinery Manufacturing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM2,800.00 per month
