**Responsibilities**:
1. Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.

2. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.

3. Assist in the preparation and distribution of customer invoices.

4. Assist in the maintenance of general ledger accounts.

5. Post journal entries and maintain detailed supporting documentation.

6. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.

7. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.

8. Support month-end and year-end close processes.

9. Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
