Medical & Healthcare- POSITION OVERVIEW- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Daily Helpdesk Technical Support and PC Software Installation: Provide daily technical support for the company's helpdesk operations, encompassing troubleshooting, issue resolution, and support for the installation and configuration of PC operating systems and common office software.
- Hardware and Software Procurement: Manage hardware and software equipment procurement, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Infrastructure Design: Lead the design and architecture of hardware and software infrastructure to support current and future business needs as well as new center needs.
- Security: Responsible for the management and maintenance of domain accounts and entrance guard authority, including periodical checks on the permissions of various accounts, and implementing security measures to safeguard hardware and software infrastructure against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
- Capacity Planning: Monitor hardware and software usage, analyze performance data, and plan capacity upgrades as necessary.
- Budget Management: Manage the IT hardware and software infrastructure budget, ensuring cost effectiveness and efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure hardware and software infrastructure complies with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Other Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake miscellaneous tasks and projects as required, contributing to the efficient operation of the IT infrastructure.
**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- (Must)- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related field, preferably with exposure to the healthcare industry.
- Excellent knowledge and proven experience in managing IT asset management and IT infrastructure.
(Prefer)- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with leaders in different business divisions and departments, at various levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong business acumen are essential for success in this role**English Level**:
