We are looking for fresh graduate Administrative to join Al Kauthar Eduqids Team.

Responsbilities:
An administrative supports an administrative professional to help them stay organized and completes tasks that allow executives to focus on more advanced responsibilities. Administrative assistant duties include organizing meetings for administrators, greeting office visitors and composing documents.
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Collate and distribute mail
- Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping

Requirement:

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Excellent in microsoft skills
- Passionate and posses good artistic sense and knowledge in managing work task
- A team player and able to work independently.
- Ability to follow a brief to tight timeline.

Al Kauthar Eduqids (HQ) and Training Centre

Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
