Dr Afzan Smile Solution Sdn. Bhd. (DASS) ditubuhkan pada tahun 2017. Perniagaan utama yang sedang diuruskan oleh DASS ialah perkhidmatan klinik pergigian dibawah nama Klinik Pergigian Dr Afzan. Selain itu, idea asal penubuhan juga adalah untuk menjadi pembekal peralatan dan bahan-bahan pergigian samaada kepada pelanggan di klinik pergigian swasta mahupun melalui tender-tender kerajaan. Produk perkhidmatan pergigian yang ditawarkan antara lain merangkumi tampalan, cabutan, scaling & polishing, bridge, gigi palsu, rawatan akar, pembedahan kecil, pemutihan gigi dan lain-lain. Berdasarkan trend pasaran semasa, didapati permintaan perkhidmatan rawatan pergigian di klinik swasta semakin meningkat terutamanya dari golongan muda dan pertengahan yang ingin menikmati rawatan berkualiti tanpa menunggu masa yang lama serta ruang premis klinik yang lebih selesa berikutan kesibukan dengan tugas seharian dan tahap kesedaran yang semakin tinggi terhadap penjagaan kesihatan pergigian. Selain itu, permintaan terhadap rawatan pergigian kosmetik seperti pemutihan gigi, braces atau aligner, crown dan juga veneer turut meningkat dan amat menggalakkan.
