Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the 30 days, 60 days, 90 days and Impaired Loan (IL) bucket for Consumer Collections
- Develop, execute ad test various strategies and initiatives to achieve desired results
- Monitoring and coaching of team members for performance and productivity
- Ensure good customer experience, manage and minimize complaints within the section
- Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, procedures and BNM guidelines
- Requirements:

- Malaysian citizen
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 8-10 years in the relevant working experience in consumer collection
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver results
- Proactive, display self initiative, independent and good analytical skills
