Job Responsibilities:
**Cabling Installation-**

Execute installation of structured cabling systems for electronic security devices, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.

Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices during cabling installations.

**Troubleshooting-**

Investigate and troubleshoot cabling-related issues in electronic security systems.

Work closely with the Technical Support Team to diagnose and resolve complex problems.

**Cable Pulling-**

Take a lead role in the physical installation of cables, including pulling, routing, and securing them according to project specifications.

Coordinate with project managers to determine the most efficient and effective cable pathways while minimizing interference with existing structures.

Utilize industry-standard tools and equipment to safely and accurately pull and terminate various types of cables, such as Ethernet, fiber optic, and power cables.

Implement cable management solutions to maintain a clean and organized cabling infrastructure.

Adhere to cable pulling best practices to prevent damage and signal degradation, particularly in sensitive electronic security systems.

Provide guidance to junior team members on proper cable pulling techniques and safety protocols.
