**Requirements**
- Process refunds accurately and promptly according to company policies and procedures.
- Manage all payments for suppliers and claims across four countries, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Compare forex rates for purchase payments to optimize currency exchange transactions.
- Key in purchase data accurately and promptly, updating relevant information in a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to refunds, payments, or purchase data.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform payment gateway reconciliation from multiple platforms
- Handling accounts receivable and payables from clients and vendors
- Generate reports and estimates on payables and receivables
- Managing company bank accounts and ensure balance at all times
- High intellectual and persuasive skills for professional conversation

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
