Cost Control and Monitoring: Quantity Surveyors continuously monitor project costs throughout its lifecycle. Track expenses, review invoices, and compare actual costs against the budget. If there are any deviations, identify the reasons and implement corrective measures to ensure the project remains within budget.

Final Account Settlement: At the conclusion of a project, Quantity Surveyors prepare the final account, which includes all project costs and any variations or changes that occurred during construction. They ensure that all parties involved agree on the final financial settlement.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
