Primary Duties: - This position reports to the Showroom Supervisor &Retail Operations Manager - Greeting and welcoming Customers - Assisting with Customer Inquiries, handling customer inquiries about various jewelry products, including information on materials, gemstones, designs, and pricing. - Showcasing Jewelry Collections, presenting different collections, explaining the features and benefits of each piece, and highlighting unique selling points. - Assisting with Try-Ons; helping customers try on various jewelry items, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit - Supporting the Sales Team, collaborating with the sales team, and assisting them in their interactions with customers. This includes preparing jewelry pieces for presentation, arranging displays, and replenishing stock as needed. - Maintaining Showroom Appearance, contributing to maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment. This involves tidying up displays, arranging jewelry cases, and ensuring that all products are properly showcased. - Managing Appointments if any - Administrative Tasks such as managing customer databases, updating inventory records, or preparing sales reports. - After Sales Customer Follow-Up. Secondary Duties - Teamwork & cooperation -overtime compliance as required - Ensure proper working area housekeeping -clean, systematic, and machinery hygiene - Punctual reporting and documentation - Company policies, rules, and regulations implementation - To carry out any other job function delegated by the immediate Superior Skills/Qualifications: - High School Diploma or Equivalent - At least 1 year of experience in Sales /Customer service and Hostess in the retail and hospitality industry. - Trustworthiness and Confidentiality - Excellent Communication Skills & Customer Service Orientation with a Professional Appearance. - Good organization, Multitasking, Flexibility and Adaptability.
