**Qualification**:

- At least Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.

**Experience**:

- At least 3 year working experience with Certified Food Handler Trainer with valid license.
- Certified Train-The-Trainer by HRD Corp is an added advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Food Safety Quality Management System Standards i.e. HACCP, HALA, ISO 9001 and etc.
- To conduct outlet performance evaluations measured by “Quality, Service, Cleanliness” (QSC) to ensure processes and procedures of food production operations are in compliance with standards and completing evaluations report in timely manner.
- Report findings of non-compliance and improvement areas to management along with agrees upon action plans from the outlets.
- Follow up on action plans and timelines to ensure issues reported to Management are satisfactorily resolved.
- Design, implement, monitor and maintain the quality system and process to make sure of the product as per SOP.
- Design and formulate food handler training materials accordance to company operating processes, conduct food handler training and assessment to assess employee’s competency.
- Educate and raise awareness about food safety handling and procedures at operational staff.
- Interpret, implement and evaluate adequacy of quality standards.
- Checking and improving safety and quality control procedures from the raw material stage through to the finished product.
- Work with R&D to develop reliability and quality testing for new & existing products.
- Assist in the implementation of HALAL and ensure adherence to HALAL procedures on product monitoring and measurement procedure.
- Keeping HACCP & HALAL documents updated and liaising with the relevant regulatory bodies.
- To perform and to undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and directed by Management as and when necessary.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of food hygiene and food preparation standards.
- Self-disciplined and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Good report writing skills and ability to simplify complex issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
