Overview:
As a Spa Therapist at Velvet Beauty & Spa, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional spa experiences to our clients. Your expertise, professionalism, and commitment to well-being will contribute to the overall success of our spa.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client-Centric Service:
Provide a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments, tailored to the individual needs and preferences of clients.

Ensure a high standard of service delivery, creating a positive and memorable experience for each client.
- Expertise and Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest spa and wellness trends.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of spa products and treatments, advising clients on appropriate services and products for their specific needs.
- Hygiene and Safety:
Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Follow established protocols for sanitation and cleanliness in all spa areas.
- Client Consultation:
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their health history, preferences, and expectations.

Provide professional recommendations and guidance on post-treatment care.
- Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering a loyal clientele base.

Collect feedback and actively seek opportunities to enhance the client experience.
- Sales and Retail:
Promote and sell spa products, providing information on benefits and usage. Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring a consultative and customer-centric approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
