Conduct and report risk assessments for Safety and Quality aspects within the logistics department.
- Manage CAPA and ensure they are implemented and utilized effectively.
- Perform GAP analysis of current practices against guidelines and regulations, and execute proposed improvement plans.
- Guide the logistics team on compliant practices and foster a Safety and Quality culture within the team.
- Ensure timely updates of SOPs are implemented and utilized.
- Conduct and participate in audits.
- Ensure proper change control management practices are followed.
- Lead the risk management process at the departmental level.
- Manage calibration processes.
- Oversee the preventive maintenance program.
- Handle waste management processes.
**Requirements**:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management / Supply Chain Management
- 1-2 years of working experience in Logistic / Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Independently, multitasking and able to solve problem.
**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
