- Working day/ time: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (7 hours per day)
**Responsibilities**
- Making calls from a given relevant name list
- Ensuring professionalism and politeness at all time
- Upholding good reputation for client companies and service company
- Ensuring KPI on completion of survey forms that varies from project to another project. Which usually are pretty brief
- Ensuring KAI on total number of calls make a day
**Requirement**
- A completion bonus pay-out of 3 months plus language allowance on monthly basis
- Require diligently calling throughout working hour
