Specialist Cyber Security

T

he area Cyber Security consists of various areas of expertise, which require dedicated skill sets, experience and backgrounds. A Junior Specialist/Analyst is responsible to:
P
- erform incident response for security incidents across the Infineon globally. M
- onitoring of the IFX-wide connected intrusion detection and video surveillance equipment. A
- larm handling (verification of alarms received electronically, by telephone or verbally). C
- onduct incident detection through proactive ‘threat hunting’ and data analysis of security-relevant data sets. I
- ntegrate and work with tactical security threat intelligence to enhance incident response. E
- nsure adequate documentation of security incidents. P
- losely work with Senior Experts of other functional areas in the team to support overall department goals. J
- oin projects of other functional areas to provide support and expertise. T
- racking of emergency calls (emergency call buttons board, receptions, locker rooms, elevators, handicapped toilets) and fire alarms - Acceptance/verification/initiation, implementation, coordination of required actions according to defined processes.

ou are best equipped for this task if you have:
S
- tudies with more than 4 years of regular study duration, e.g. Computer science, business informatics, cyber security, digital forensics or similar professional education. P
- rogramming/Scripting knowledge for daily automation tasks. F
- irst hand experience in technical cyber security, network security or information security.
