Prior experience in the logistics/management/courier industry is necessary.
- Handle hotel or accommodation booking.
- Verify couriers' odometer readings to ensure that they are not claiming more mileage than they actually drove.
- Calculate petrol allowance for courier.
- Responsible for claim purpose, such as verifying the claim documentation, approval of claim and etc.
- Handle inquiries for truck such as availability, booking, and resolving truck-related issues.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have a good team spirit and problem-solving skills.
- Preferrable to own transportation.
- Proficiency in **Mandarin **is required.
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
