IT Internship

Keep systems up-to-date through operating systems upgrades
- Develop and maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment.
- Monitor and test PC performance and provide PC performance statistics and reports.
- Provide technical support either by phone, remote access or site visits as needed
- Respond to IT issues; hardware maintenance, software, networking, CCTV, Door access, Photocopier Machine, etc.
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.

**Requirements**:

- High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree/Diploma in computer science, information systems or related field preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable in a diverse and fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Working technical knowledge of network, PC hardware, operating system, basic web design, include Adobe Photoshop & Adobe illustrator.
- Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgrades
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment

Pay: Up to RM800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
