RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To take care of all electrical equipment in the factory on continuous basis even during holidays & off hours by coordinating with plant.
- To monitor and record all the electrical consumption figures in plant.
- To liaise with Tenaga Nasional in case of power interruptions.
- To enforce safe working practices as far as electrical work in concerned.
- To train & guide the electricians to discharge their duties efficiently.
- To trouble shoot and rectify any problem arising in the electrical system of the factory.
- To work in close coordination with the project department to implement new projects in time.
- To enforce discipline among all the staff of the department.
- To carry out other jobs assigned by Superior or Dept Manager - Technical from time to time.
- To perform preventive maintenance work as scheduled and ensure no unplanned breakdowns occur.
- To maintain optimum electrical parts inventory.
- Maintain historical records for all the instruments/devices.
- Check all the Instrumentation equipment with check list for verification.

REQUIREMENT:

- Minimum 5 years experience in building and facilities maintenance and operation
- Ability to perform, supervise service, repair, overhaul of electrical components and equipment
- Must be able to response to emergency call duty and special task arrangement during off day
- Familiar with Safety & Health / JKKP / DOE / ST Law and Regulation
- Willing to work in Pasir Gudang.
- Experience on instruments troubleshooting & calibration.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- instrument: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- A4 /BO chargeman certification (preferred)
