**Responsibilities**:

- Provide front desk reception duties which includes handling of all phone calls
- Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner.
- Assist in arranging client's booking/ appointment schedule.
- Collect receive and distribute all incoming mails and courier items.
- Liaise with runners & maintain a tracking system on all incoming and outgoing mails and courier items
- Perform data entry, documentation, printing, and filing duties.
- Maintain tidiness of the reception lobby.
- General office management such as ordering stationery and basic supplies of office necessities.
- Well-versed with Microsoft-Office i.e., Word / Excel. Knowledge in Autocount is a bonus point.
- Other adhoc tasks as required.
- Support in any other administrative/operation tasks as and when required

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin preferred.
- Preferable min 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Basic skill of Computer knowledge (Microsoft office, word & excel etc.) is needed.
- Fresh Graduate Welcome to apply.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
