**About our group**:
- The Total Rewards Function is a Center of Excellence Function responsible for Total Rewards Program management, designing and implementing across business units in Asia.
- This position reports the Director of Total Rewards Asia, it is a Total Rewards Partner working with business and Human Resources to provide solutions.
**About the role - you will**:
- Be the Total Rewards Partner to specific Business units in Malaysia-
- Collaborate with HR business partners and BUs to ensure consistent implementation of compensation and benefits programs-
- Design comprehensive and competitive benefits programs which meet employee needs and are cost effective, and manage programs including stakeholder management-
- Analyze market data, understand trends and make recommendations according to best practices-
- Continually look to improve and develop Total Rewards, optimize and transform processes where required, build overall competency and enable with technology / Analytics-
- Drive Total Rewards process improvement activities, including process design, employee experience, documentation and communicationManagement of effectiveness of Total Rewards programs, including program analysis, reporting, recommendations, communications and HR internal training-
- Participate and oversee projects related to compensation and benefits across all job levels-
- Support ad-hoc project work and provide leadership where necessary to enhance the effectiveness of the Total Rewards programs**About you**:
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for identifying and evaluating different approaches to define and resolve issues-
- Detailed oriented, analytical, able to work independently and high initiative-
- Analytical with a strategic acumen to anticipate business needs-
- Able to work with ambiguity and fast-paced environment-
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills-
- University Degree with professional training, or similar qualifications**Your experience includes**:
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits in a large business organization-
- Remuneration Professional (GRP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification (preferred)-
- Compensation and Benefits projects / programs in a large business organization would be an added advantage**Location**:
