**Job Summary**:
The Tearista is a specialized role within the beverage industry, responsible for crafting and serving a variety of tea-based beverages. This position requires a passion for tea, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:
**Tea Preparation**:

- Prepare and brew a diverse range of tea blends according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in flavor, aroma, and presentation of tea-based beverages.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Assist customers in selecting tea options based on preferences and menu offerings.
- Provide information about tea varieties, origins, and brewing techniques.

**Order Fulfillment**:

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve tea beverages promptly.
- Ensure orders are presented aesthetically and meet quality standards.

**Menu Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the tea menu, including seasonal offerings and specialty blends.
- Educate customers about the health benefits and unique characteristics of different teas.

**Maintaining Cleanliness**:

- Keep the tea preparation area, equipment, and serving areas clean and organized.
- Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.

**Upselling and Promotion**:

- Recommend additional menu items, accessories, or tea products to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to promotional activities and events to drive sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for tea and a strong understanding of different tea varieties.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the beverage or hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and a commitment to maintaining tea quality.

**Physical Requirements**:
The position may require standing for extended periods, lifting supplies, and working in a dynamic customer service environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
