Provide clerical and administrative support to the branch.
- Manage office facility, inventory and order new supplies as and when needed.
- Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members.
- Manage and maintain office filing system both physical and electronically.
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff if required only.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records in designated systems.
- Assist with onboarding new staff members in branch office.
- Manage petty cash and maintain accurate bookkeeping.
- Make arrangement for training and calibration of equipment's as per requirement from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
