**Position**:Personal Driver

**Employment Type**: 6 Months Contract (_**Renewable based on performance & attendance**_)

**Location**: Jalan Telok Gong, Pandamaran, Port Klang

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide safe and efficient transportation for the Site Manager.
- Safely transport the employer to and from appointments, meetings, events, and other destinations as required.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times, including regular cleaning and scheduled maintenance.
- Plan and map out efficient routes to minimize travel time and avoid traffic congestion.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and other items as needed.
- To be punctual, value road safety and responds promptly to phone calls and text messages.
- Provide excellent customer service, including opening doors and assisting with any special requests or accommodations.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, respecting the employer's privacy and personal affairs.
- Monitor traffic and weather conditions to adjust travel plans as necessary to ensure timely arrival. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, and prioritize safety at all times.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel expenses, and vehicle maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively with the employer to coordinate schedules and confirm travel arrangements.

**Requirements**:

- SPM and above with a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Personal/Company Driver.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
- Able to navigate around using Waze and GPS. Familiar with roads around Selangor & KL.
- Must have a valid driving license (B2 & D) with a clean driving record, free from any criminal/ financial crimes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Punctual and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
- Physical ability to lift and carry luggage and other items as needed.
