**Responsibilities**:
1. **Technical Support**: Provide frontline technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and effectively

2. **Hardware Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and installations of computer hardware components, peripherals, and devices to ensure optimal performance and reliability

4. **Network Administration**: Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points, to ensure seamless connectivity and data transmission

5. **Data Backup and Recovery**: Implement and oversee backup procedures to safeguard critical data and ensure disaster recovery readiness in the event of system failures, data breaches, or other emergencies

6. **Security Compliance**: Enforce IT security policies, protocols, and best practices to protect against cyber threats, malware, unauthorized access, and data breaches, and conduct periodic security audits and assessment

7. **Computer Purchase**: Facilitate the purchase process for new computers, obtaining price quotes, and recommending suitable hardware configurations based on organizational needs and budget constraints

**Qualifications**
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines and address urgent issues
- Proficiency in using computer systems, electronic devices, and information management software to effectively perform job duties
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with end-users and communicate technical information clearly and concisely
- Strong interpersonal skills

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- IT: 2 years (preferred)
