**Description**

We are looking for a native Japanese speaker to join our team as a Social Media Chat Support representative in the telecommunications industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Japanese-speaking customers through various social media platforms. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

As a Social Media Chat Support representative, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns our customers may have. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional image of our company while utilizing your strong written and verbal communication skills. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, as well as the ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms promptly and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience.

**Requirements**:

- Native Japanese speaker with fluency in written and spoken Japanese.
- Excellent written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
