Fiber Optic Technician

1. Splicing and Termination: Conduct precision splicing and termination of optical fibers to establish reliable connections and maintain low signal loss.

2. Signal Testing: Conduct optical power and loss measurements, and utilize testing equipment to ensure signal strength and quality meet industry standards.

3. Network Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose network issues, perform repairs, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maintain network integrity.

4. Equipment Maintenance: Use specialized tools and equipment for fiber optic work, ensuring they are properly maintained and calibrated.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Requirement

1. Proven experience as a Fiber Optic Technician or in a related role.

2. Knowledge of fiber optic installation, splicing, and termination techniques.

3. Familiarity with fiber optic testing equipment and tools.

4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

5. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary & Benefit

1) Salary Range between RM1,800-RM2,500 (Based on experience)

2) Allowance - Transport Allowance, Phone Allowance, Outstation Meal Allowance
