**Accounts Responsibilities**:

- Handle full sets of accounts.
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Ensure that all payments are made accurately and on time.
- Handle payroll calculations and the submission of statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, HRD, PCB and company tax.
- Liaise with the company’s bankers, auditors, company secretary etc.
- Finalization of accounts for annual audit and taxation matters.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Assist in handling workers new joiners and leavers
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
- Day-to-day administrative works
- Follow up on customers payment due and supplier's payments.
- Maintain and organize important records and documents.
- Ensure compliance with document retention and data protection policies.
- Implement and oversee security measures to protect office facilities, data, and assets.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years (minimum) of proven experience in accounts,

administrative roles and payroll with a track record of successful account and office management.
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounts, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). **Familiarity with relevant software and accounting tools (UBS software).**:

- Knowledgeable of handling ISO (added advantage).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and, Bahasa Malaysia
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
