VALUATION EXECUTIVE

**Job Description**:

- To ensure field inspection of properties to be valued including the relevant comparable, ensure that the properties inspected correspond to their respective land titles
- Prepare and deliver valuation report within specific time frame Sourcing of new clients, able to conduct a talk/briefing and maintain good relationship with existing clients
- To conduct relevant market study and research in relation to valuation exercise
- To assist on the day-to-day tasks of inspection, valuation workings and any other ad hoc task given
- To keep abreast of the latest development in valuation methodologies and techniques
- To ensure good customer service with all inquiries promptly, professionally and tactfully attended to
- To set up a good data base system for the department
- To market the valuation services to our panel of bankers, corporate clients and other valuation prospects.
- Any other tasks assigned by superior or management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 year of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
- Able to work independently.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Valuation: 2 years (required)
