Sales Admin

Process sales invoices, delivery orders (DO), and sales orders (SO) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle inquiries from customers regarding sales orders and invoices.
- Maintain and update sales records and customer databases.
- Assist sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, updating sales pipelines, and coordinating sales meetings.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
**Job Requirements**
- Certificate / Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales administration or a related field preferred.
- **Familiarity with AutoCount or other accounting software.**:
- **Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.**:
- **Must be willing to work in Gelang Patah.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
