Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and arrange interviews
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department and manage HR operation of the company.
- Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies & procedures
- Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including creating employee profiles, conducting orientation, and processing new hire paperwork
- Help with maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with employee relations issues and other HR related tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3-6 months(preferably 6 months)
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am-5.30pm

Monthly allowances of RM500

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM500.00 per month
