Blockchain Speaker

Job Responsibilities:
1. Complete the collection and arrangement of knowledge, and develop courseware related to blockchain
2. Assist in various training activities and project planning, organization, hosting, and lectures
3. Conduct on-site lectures professionally and vividly, do a good job of control, and continuously improve the lecture level according to customer feedback
4. Complete training implementation, tracking and feedback of training results, and propose effective solutions in a timely manner
5. Grasp the needs of the students for the course and the market, and give timely feedback. Summarize the information and needs of the students, and promote the improvement of the quality of the training courses

岗位职责：
1. 完成知识的收集与整理,开发与区块链相关的课件
2. 协助各类培训活动及项目策划.组织.主持.主讲
3. 专业并生动地进行现场讲授,做好把控,根据客户反馈,不断提高讲课水平
4. 完成培训实施,培训结果的跟踪和反馈,及时提岀有效解决办法
5. 掌握学员对课程的需求和市场的需求,并且及时反馈.总结学员的信息和需求,促进培训课程质量的改进

**Job Requirements**:

1. More than 1 year working experience in open class, corporate training, etc.
2. Good affinity, good image and temperament, passionate, contagious, strong expressive ability and affinity, strong speech ability, good teaching ability and language, expressive ability, analytical ability, communication ability, executive ability and strong anti-pressure ability
3. Have independent curriculum development, writing, and training implementation capabilities
4. Good PPT production ability, video editing ability is better

2. 亲和力好,形象气质佳,有激情.具有感染力,极强的表达能力和亲和力,演讲能力强,具有良好的授课能力和语言.表达能力.分析能力.沟通能力.执行能力及抗压能力强
3. 有独立的课程开发.编写.培训实施能力
4. 良好的PPT制作能力，有视频编辑能力更佳
