**Job Responsibility**

1. To be responsible for managing all order related activities of our B2B business including: order entry, order status, product availability, coordinating order fulfillment, shipping document and complaint resolution.

2. The position serves as the single point of contact (SPOC) for our customers and will interface regularly with our customers, sales team, and supply chain organization (OSCO).

3. To focus on providing a professional service to the customers and liaising with key parties including carrier/freight forwarder to secure freight booking and regional freight team for escalation.

4. To act as coordinator to ensure customer order are captured, bookings are secured, shipping documentations are received on-time by and facilitate resolution for any issue during the process.

**Key Task**:
1. Order forecasting, receiving, and entry into system.

2. Provide accurate and timely communication on order matters, including written correspondence, telephone and electronic exchange to all customers (internal & external)

3. Ensure on stock availability so as to fulfill customers’ requirements.

4. Expedite on the shipment schedule to meet customers’ requirements

5. Follow-up on shipping documents with document person in-charge before courier

6. Liaise with the regional shipping on booking of vessel space.

7. Provide and update shipping advice. Seek guidance from regional shipping on freight related issue.

8. Assist in solving issue related to freight invoicing to carriers or forwarders

9. Single point of contact for external customers’ incl. order management, shipping instructions, delivery update, issue resolution, etc.

10. Monitor customer receives shipping documents on-time in-full after shipment

11. Coordinate investigation of customer’s request/ complaints regarding services, billings, and issues; resulting in the appropriate resolution and correction action for both the customer and Barry Callebaut.

12. Booking of vessel space and expedite on the vessel booking confirmation. Follow-up on the booking confirmation.

13. Monitor that the empty containers are collected on time for the warehouse to load the goods.

**Qualifications required**:
**Education**

1. Diploma/University degree.

2. Preferably from supply chain and/or shipping background

**Experience**

1. Preferably Experience in customer service or/and shipping using the ERP system

2. Min 3 years in an order management role with manufacturing industry experience

3. Min 3 years relevant working experience/knowledge in shipping / logistics

4. Min 1 years of SAP experience preferred

**Knowledge or specific business understanding**

1. Strong communication and interpersonal with internal stakeholders and external clients.

2. Ability to troubleshoot and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

3. Strong coordination with the ability to prioritize and proactively complete the task.

4. Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

5. Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping terms and L/C interpretation.

**Job Type**: Contract
