Our main branch is at Plaza Mont Kiara. USJ 10 is our second branch.
**Role and Responsibilities**
Duties for an Admin Officer can vary widely, some general Administrative duties and responsibilities include:
a) Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding & scanning.
b) Develop and maintain a filing system
c) Provide general & Academic support to the visitors
d) Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
e) Need to support on projects directed at maximizing company profits and
developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.
f) Maintain attendance record for students and tutors, send class reminders for both
students and tutors a day before the class.
g) Maintain hygienic environment at the center.
h) Deal with the Government Officers.
i) Responsible to do any other tasks assigned by the management.
j) Manage administrative systems, such as databases, student information systems, and filing systems, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
k) Prepare and distribute class schedules, course materials, and syllabus to students and instructors.
l) Coordinate and administer language proficiency assessments and exams, including registration, scheduling, and result dissemination.
m) Generate reports and analyze data related to student enrollment, attendance, and program evaluation.
n) Support financial processes, including invoicing, fee collection, and tracking of financial transactions.
**Salary Range**:
RM 2000.00 - RM 2200.00
Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
Saturday 9AM to 3PM
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
