Plastic and Liquid Injection Technician

**SUMMARY**

The Injection Mold Technician is responsible for all aspects of the mold processes to include operation, repair, and maintenance of injection mold equipment.
- Responsible for documenting mold change and machine adjustments including troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Manage raw mold material to ensure traceability, shelf life, and prevent contamination.
- Work with Quality and Production departments to ensure the quality of production and products produced meet company standards.
- Solve process problems such as flash, short shots, quality of parts.
- Occasionally empty grinders and fill presses with material per Work Instructions.
- Occasionally Clean Loaders, Dryers, Grinders and Stage Material as needed.
- Perform 5S in work place.

**Skills and Experience**
- Min 2 years of plastic injection molding experience in a production environment.
- Experience of multi-shot molding, automated color blending and central material drying system.
- Electrical wiring experience and some knowledge of how PLCs, sensors, and other electrical components are wired and work.

**Education and Qualification**
- Min SPM
- Strong Mechanical background with the ability to trouble shoot, use root cause analysis and make suggestions on correcting issues with the machines.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
