Salary : From RM3,000 to RM4,000 per month

JOB REQUITMENT
- Male, chinese Malaysian only
- Proficiency in English as a working language, with the ability to communicate in Chinese.
- Can read / write / speak / understand chinese.
- Relevant quality experiences needed

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output

2. Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team

3. Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires

4. Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility

5. Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals

6. Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency

7. Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
