**Job responsibilities**:
To lead and manage a wide range of company secretarial duties and operations for a portfolio of companies that covers:
- Managing the end-to-end preparation and submission of documents for incorporation of companies;
- Preparing and submitting annual returns, financial statements and other related reports within the stipulated timeline;
- Managing the lodgement of required documents to SSM;
- Preparing Members and Directors Resolutions, Announcement and other related reports and letters for circulation and lodgement;
- Preparing agenda, notice and Minutes of Board Meeting, wherever applicable;
- Conducting searches for companies and to proceed with the required procedure wherever applicable;
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislative requirements and regulations;
- Providing advice on matters related to legislative requirements and regulations;
- Maintaining and administering statutory and secretarial records and reports;
- Supporting other team members in managing secretarial tasks;
- Providing guidance and supervising junior team members on their duties; and
- Attending to other tasks as and when required by the management or clients (on related services).
**Job requirements**:
- Have at least 5 years of working experience as a Company Secretary with well-rounded experience in handling corporate secretarial work, preferably in a public listed company and/or management firm;
- Knowledgeable and familiar with the Companies Act 2016 and having the knowledge and experience of the Bursa Listing requirements is an added advantage;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay;
- Possess a strong interpersonal skill and the ability to build and maintain professionalism, a good network and cordial relationships with all stakeholders, including coworkers, external partners and clients; and

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
