You’re passionate about the entire design process; from technical architecture and customer journey mapping to A/B testing and UX best practices. You work well in collaboration with business and creative teams to create user flows, wireframe-out ideas, and turn them into effective experiences that drive business results. You will report to the Head of Design and work from our Damansara Heights office, 3 days out of a week.

**What you’ll do**:

- Build a close, collaborative, and influential relationship with your UI/UX team and Web squad: product strategist, designer and developers, to define and achieve website objectives, creative approaches, and deliverables. Work with the Senior Product Managers to align on holistic vision and process.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Comfort Works’ business objectives, customers, web prospects, web properties, and competition by conducting or participating in relevant user research, competitive analysis, and other design thinking activities.
- Independently develop and deliver high-level storyboards, prototypes, wireframes and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviours.
- Simplify and distil complex business processes into intuitive web experiences with a focus on conversion optimisation.
Lead the UX perspective on creating a customer-centric web experience, which may include: writing user stories, feature mapping, persona development, user and business goal analysis, workflow and information architecture documentation
- Actively drive the development and iteration of UX processes, deliverables and standards guides
- Provide direct supervision to a team of designers, help to manage overall workload, set work prioritisation, continually assess their contributions and development and provide clear and actionable feedback.
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**We’d like to meet someone who**:

- 2+ years experience in leading a UX/UI team to deliver interface design solutions for E-commerce websites, including interactive wireframes, user flows, style guides, presentations or complex web and/or mobile prototypes.
- Fluid with Adobe Creative Suite and Rapid prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Designs and consults approach for solutions.
- Ability to expertly conduct a wide range of appropriate UX design activities such as user research, workshop facilitation, strategy and vision development, systems design, concept design, detailed design, rapid prototyping, and usability testing. Ability to drive planning and prioritization activities.
- Experience leading user interviews to drive discovery and defining business challenges, co-leading and facilitating client workshops and leading design presentations to/with executive stakeholders.
- Works with PMs and Developers to create project plans with deliverables that tie to delivery sprints.
- Actively develops junior resources and coaches project teams for optimal outcomes.
- An online portfolio or samples of work showcasing great visuals and problem-solving.

- Web animation experience. Present animations in visual form but also in code form.
- Proficiency in or able to quickly learn JS animation framework/ API, such as WebGL, GSAP, Google Web Designer.
