Interior Designer

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, requirements, and constraints.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that effectively communicate your vision to clients and team members.
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Select and source materials, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories that enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of interior spaces.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project implementation and quality craftsmanship.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with design intent and standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve our design offerings

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience as a Interior Designer or Interior Architecture or similar role, with a portfolio of work.
- Diploma in Interior Design (at least 4 years experience), Interior Architecture, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in interior design or interior architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Passion for design, innovation, and excellence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
