**Job Description** Job Summary**

1. Plant & Facility Management

2. Being a point of contact for customers (FCM Help line) and directing message to relevant staff.

3. Handling office administrative and clerical tasks, such as filing of hard copy (drawings & documents) & soft copy (drawings and document), and spare parts count update.

4. Prepare, record & update daily meeting minutes, assisting team in generating reports and presentations update into department shared drive (whenever required).

5. Responsible to coordinate soft FM (Facilities Management) i.e., canteen operation i.e. audit potable water, general pest control management and cleaning & janitorial works management, private and confidential document disposal coordinator and to be part of Cluster Service Team under Global Real Estate (GR) team members.

6. Responsible to assist on FCM IT and documentation related matter i.e., ITM planner, IdM System, fixed asset coordinator, and SAP system.

7. Responsible for yearly renewal of permitting related to local authorities requirement i.e., quit rent _(cukai tanah)_, tax assessment _(cukai taksiran), _and other related licenses.

8. Coordinating FCM team members for uniforms, shoes, and event arrangement.
**Qualifications**
- Administrative and Legal Compliance experiences.
- Exceptional Computer skills, Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Education and qualifications; Diploma in Facilities Management or Business Management or other related field with 1-2 years of working experiences.
- Self learners, team player & adaptable to multitasking.

**Additional Information**
- Ability to manage personnel time to ensure the success of completion of assignments.
- Ability to perform multitasking according to priority & keep to a tight schedule.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision & self-motivation.
- Possess good analytical & communication skills.
- Possess good skill in technical report writing.
