**Responsibilities**:
- 1) Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- 2) Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- 3) Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- 4) Maintain and update accounting records and files
- 5) Analyse budgets and create expenses reports
- 6) Reconcile bank statements
- 7) Prepare documents for audits
- 8) Conduct month-end and year-end closures
- 9) Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger
- 10) Processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements
- 11) Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned**Benefits**:
