**Job Purpose**
- Ensure that all food production from Pastry Kitchen are according to recipes, procedures and quality standards set by the established
- Monitors and operates Pastry Kitchen at an acceptable food and employee cost, taking corrective action, when necessary, to reduce expenses.
- Ensures food items are cooked according to recipes, using correct techniques and equipment to ensure quality standards are maintained and consistently ensure correct plate presentation of the food as design by the Pastry Kitchen or establishment
- Responsible for the appropriate requisition and ordering of supplies is prepared in a timely manner and forwarded to Executive Chef for approval
- Responsible and controls the established standards in the prevention of wastages and spoilages of food product to a mínimal level to maintain the food cost and achieve the profit objectives.
- Responsible for the controls and ensures that Pastry Kitchen work areas is organize and clean. Ensure maximum care is given to maintain the equipment in prime working condition and has knowledge of its operational functions
- Responsible to ensure that all handling procedures for all perishable foods are followed in order to guarantee maximum sanitation and quality of the finished product.
- Monitors and operates Pastry Kitchen ensuring that conditions are safe to prevent accidents and report any issues or conditions that may prove to be hazardous to superiors to make repairs or rectify the conditions.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in pastry kitchen

**Salary**: From RM2,700.00 per month
