1. Must understand the sheet metal fabrication or CNC machining flow. 2. To release Work Order & schedule to production and monitor production activities to meet delivery timelines. 3. Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules. 4. Coordinates production daily shipment arrangement to finishing and end user (customer). 5. Communicating timely with Engineering to ensure all document release on time for production activities. 6. Process and up-date the Engineering release BOM for all release OE timely. 7. Plan and review schedules to determine materials and parts requirements and ensure materials are available according to schedules. 8. Communicate with Purhasing department to resolve potential on realized material issues / shortages. 9. Prioritize and complete manufacturing schedules to meet customer order requirements. 10. To up-date on the Production Master Plan, OE Summary for all open orders. 11. To make sure Production Safety and 5S is implemented at Production Floor. 12. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time. 13. To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
