**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor live video feeds from CCTV cameras to ensure security and safety.
- Detect and report any suspicious or unauthorized activities promptly.
- Operate surveillance equipment and manage video recording systems.
- Collaborate with security personnel and law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Maintain accurate incident logs and documentation.

**Skills Required**:

- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to focus on multiple video feeds and identify anomalies.
- **Observation Skills**: Keen eye for detecting unusual behaviour or incidents.
- **Communication**: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CCTV systems and basic troubleshooting.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with other security staff.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or security-related roles preferred.
- Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.

**Shifts**:

- 12 hours shift
