Boutique Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Walk-In Customers: Provide high-quality customer service, helping customers with their needs, queries, and in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain Cleanliness of Boutique: Ensure the boutique is always clean and presentable, which includes organizing displays, dusting, and regular cleaning to maintain an inviting atmosphere.
- Conduct Live Sessions on TikTok, Shopee and Social Media Platform: Engage with a wider audience by conducting live sessions on TikTok, Shopee and others Social Media Platform. Showcase new arrivals, styling tips, and promotions to attract and engage potential customers.
- Stock Management: Perform regular stock counts, manage inventory, and ensure the availability of products. This also includes restocking shelves and displays as needed.
- Greet and Assist Customers: Welcome customers as they enter the boutique, offer assistance, and provide a memorable shopping experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent Social Skills: Must possess strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of customers.
- Sales Proficiency: Proven ability to close sales, with a knack for persuading and influencing customer decisions.
- Customer Service Orientation: Highly responsive and helpful in addressing customer inquiries.
- Energetic and Proactive: Must be vibrant, enthusiastic, and able to maintain high energy throughout the workday.
- Presentable Appearance: Must always look neat and stylish, reflecting the boutique's focus on fashion and makeup.
- Passion for Makeup and Fashion: A keen interest in makeup and fashion trends is essential, as it enhances the ability to advise and inspire customers.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
