Job description

The role responsible for managing staff, execute planning, monitor facility for dispatch, blending, tank transfer activity to achieve daily supply material on-time for production feed.

Main Responsibilities:

- Report day to day activity to Tank Farm Superior.
- Daily monitoring DCS, POIMS, Dispatch, blending, tank transfer & Stock Inventory.
- To monitoring and take lead of tank farm operation include sampling, fatrap, melting tank recycle and related to tank farm planning.
- Assist Tank Farm Coordinator on any issue, breakdown & punch list.
- To Ensure subordinate follow implemented WI, SOP & operation checklist
- To monitor & arrange daily job in the white board to shift & contract worker and complete in time.
- To maintaining good housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety in workplace.
- To ensure Tank farm facility in good condition e.g steam water/steam tracing, water supply, pump etc.
- To record all activity and daily task (logbook & white board) and perform daily handover meeting to next shift.
- To ensure all utility e.g steam, nitrogen and water are utilizing.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by superior at given time
- Direct report day to day Tank Farm PIC using Log-Book Record and Tank Farm shift progress.
- Monitor, write and arrange daily activity.
- Perform daily shift activity, planning and conduct handover meeting to next shift supervisor.
- Perform check and verify site shift activity and implement ISO documentation daily.
- Assist Tank Farm PIC on any issue breakdown and punch list.
- Ensure tank farm shift facility is in good order.
- Conduct month end inventory physical stock checking.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM400,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tanjung Langsat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
