Playhouse Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Participates in everyday activities such as organizing arts and crafts time, leading games, reading stories
- Help keep facilities and equipment clean, neat and well maintained
- Ensure to follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Manager
- Creating a welcoming area for all members' children that is happy and vibrant
- Entertaining children in an interactive way, with utmost focus on their safety and well-being
- Maintaining rigorous control of all entry and exit to the space, and of all check-in and check-out processes designed to ensure child safety
- Partnering with coworkers to keep the space, equipment, and toys organized and clean
- Supervising activities of all children, and ensuring child remains in the Playhouse at all times
- Monitoring children's needs and notifying parents if their involvement is required, diaper changing
- Ensure that no child will leave the Kids club unaccompanied
- Maintain stock of items required for kids’ activities such as paints, crayons, papers, toys, through inventory and ordering new stock when needed
- Prepare the Bintang Playhouse facility on a daily basis to handle a minimum of 5 children
- Participate actively in the physical, cognitive and motor activities with the children
- To create a safe environment for all children attending the playhouse
- Ensure to follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules
- Maintain playhouse clean and tidy at all times
- Be fully aware of the playhouse’s facilities, timings and promotions of events/activities

**Job Requirements**
- Flexible to work on shift patterns (weekends and public holidays inclusive)
- Pleasant, courteous and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
- Able to multitask, meticulous and a problem solver.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in other languages will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in Retail/Sales and/or have background in early childhood education

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
