**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for scheduling chemical preparations and dispersions for operation team usage
- Responsible for chemical control and its supplies are sufficient to the operation team.
- Monitor quantity usage of latex, coagulant and other chemicals.
- Ensure chemicals are compounded according to formulation.
- Ensure incoming materials meet specifications.
- Problem solving on daily activity and ad-hoc issue.
- Ensure documentation, records and testing methods are meeting ISO / customer specifications.
- Responsible and accountable to overall compounding activities including 5S practices, Housekeeping, Improvements activities, Equipments & Machines Maintenance are practiced periodically.
- Follow up and monitor operator / workers following SOP, FIFO, company’s rules and regulations.
- Strive to support, encourage and achieve company objectives and KPIs.
- Other duties assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum SPM or equivalent with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

**OTHER PERSONAL CAPABILITIES**
- Able to lead and train subordinates.
- Good interpersonal skills and have positive problem-solving approach.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Possess good discipline and willing to learn attitude.
- Possess strong teamwork skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel & Power Point).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM2,400.00 per month
