Kenangan Coffee is a brand under Kenangan who owns Kopi Kenangan in Indonesia. We are the first F&B unicorn in SEA. Since we launched our first coffee retail outlet in KLCC Malaysia in Oct 2022; we have since grown to more than 35 coffee outlets in Malaysia and we are still expanding.

Do you thrive in a role that involves **administration, in-store and digital communication execution, and coordination with multiple stakeholders**? If so, Kenangan Coffee is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our expanding team in Malaysia.
- Working location: Damansara Utama, Malaysia
- Degree holder with 1-2 years of working experience.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and leadership direction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle non-PO (Purchase Order)/ PR (Purchase Request) for Marketing department, coordinate with the finance team, and ensure payments are made on time.
- Assisting in regular correspondence with stakeholders, as required, related with in-store & digital communication executions, and bridging communication between the R&D team and Procurement department on suppliers.
- Assist in A&P (advertising & promotional) expense tracking and report.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time.

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
