Materials Planner

**Position**:
Materials Planner

**What You'll Be Doing**
- ** Forecast Management** - Review customer forecast for advance pipeline to ensure safety buffer stock and pipeline level.
- ** Order Management**:

- Review backlog and shortage reports to assure uninterrupted supply of inventory. Monitor and manage of rescheduling & validate demand.
- ** Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage over inventory parts and shortage parts.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Diploma or Degree in any fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service (order management), production planning or material planning role.
- Possess good communication and negotiation skills, with ability to deal with cross-functional teams internally and externally (customers and suppliers).
- Proficient with Microsoft office software's, especially for Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, added advantage to have knowledge/experience in Macro).
- Independent and proactive, ability to complete work under moderate supervision.
- Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
- Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.
- To act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
