**REQUIREMENTS**:

**Required Skills**:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and exposure to working within a multicultural environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to take initiative with minimum supervision.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to multi-tasking at one time.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Administration Work.
- Diploma in any field or equivalent qualification and experience.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- IMMEDIATE availability will be added advantage.
- JOB: FULL-TIME
- LOCATION: Setapak
RESPONSIBILITIES
**Job Description**:
- Manage and coordinate office-related activities. This includes the maintenance of all office utilities and space.
- Update and maintain data in customers' or clients' databases.
- Another task has been assigned by Senior Manager.
- Maintaining a work environment by providing a good attitude.
- Report directly to COO
